Programs

We offer a wide range of preschool programs for children ages 30 months to five years.

Tuesday/Thursday Morning (3’s): 9:00am-11:45am
- Basic Schedule
  - free play including arts, playdough, dress-up room, sensory bins and much more
  - circle time including quiet reading, story time and songs
  - snack time
  - outside play (Thursdays are bike day)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning (4’s): 9:00am- 11:45am
- Basic Schedule
  - outside play
  - free play including arts, playdough, dress-up room, sensory bins and much more
  - snack time
  - circle time including quiet reading, story time and songs

Monday to Friday Afternoons (30mnths -5yr): 12:15-3:15
- Basic Schedule
  - free play including arts, playdough, dress-up room, sensory bins and much more
  - circle time including quiet reading, story time and songs
  - snack time
  - outside play

Our morning preschool classes include full and limited participation options.

Full participation families complete a duty day approximately once a month; this is a wonderful opportunity for both parent and child.

Limited participation families are not required to do a duty day, but are always welcome in the classroom.

All families attend a monthly business meeting, which includes a parent education portion for the full participation families, participate in fundraising (if they have not ‘opted out’), and participate in the running of the non-profit society.

The afternoon program (12:15-3:15pm) is all limited participation.

The preschool year begins in September and runs through to June. In September, there is a gradual entry schedule to help ease children (and parents) into the new school year. For holidays, we generally follow the School District 61 schedule.

We offer the option of staying for lunch (until 12:30pm) or until the end of the day (3:15pm). Please see our Fees page for a more detailed outline of the fee structure.
